These courses should be held away from client offices, either at a venue near the client site or at The Catenion Academy facilities in Berlin.
Course durations are 3 to 4 days.
Courses are led by Catenion partners and senior consultants with long years of experience in applying decision analysis techniques in consulting projects.

Training Calendar
Our courses are designed for portfolio managers and project teams in pharmaceutical and medical products R&D. They require no previous knowledge of project evaluation methods.
The courses provide an overview and hands−on experience with all relevant methods and tools, and include a pharmaceutical or medical products R&D project case study to be assessed by the participants.
The following training courses are scheduled and open for registration. They will be held at the premises of The Catenion Academy in Berlin.

Decision Analysis for Late-Stage Clinical Development Project Teams
